Ecotex Limited is recognised as a leading producer of quality second hand clothing, shoes, handbags, wiping cloths and textiles for reclamation. We export clothing to worldwide markets. Over the years the goods produced by Ecotex have become well known for their high quality, and they are sought after in the countries to which we export including West Africa, Eastern Europe, Pakistan and Russia.

We promote recycling, working closely with charities, local authorities, schools and household waste recycling centres, by collecting all the unwanted clothing from these sources thereby saving on landfill and helping to improve the environment.
Management Team
Established in 1996, Ecotex is a family run business with an efficient management team spanning two generations of the family including mother, daughter and son.

The directors of the business are Elaine Denton, James Illingworth, and Joanne Illingworth whom collectively have 20 years experience in the rag trade. All directors have a ‘hands on’ approach and work closely with each member of staff, some of whom have been with the organisation since its conception.
Customer Service
The Ecotex team are committed to providing a friendly, personal service. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers in order that we can more closely align our services to their needs. We also believe it is critical to build up a close rapport with our customers and to cultivate a relationship based on trust.
Accreditation
We are members of the Textile Reclamation Association, and hold a Waste Carriers License issued by the Environment Agency. We are also familiar with the documentation required by Local Authorities, in order for the charities to obtain recycling and re-use credits.
